Shipping and Returns
Refunds and returns are welcome as long as it is received by Yellow Door within 7 working days (from the day the customer has received the item). All delivery/collection/courier fees for the return of an item will be for your own account.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process and will be refunded by means of EFT. The refund may take approximately 2-3 days after initial payment, to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank.
If a specific product is out of stock or cannot be supplied due to specific reasons, Yellow Door reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment to the customer.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customised items. As these products are hand-finished, please allow for a marginal size variation.
Clothing Returns
In our ongoing commitment to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase, we're more than happy to facilitate exchanges if the clothing doesn't quite meet your expectations or if sizing is amiss. While we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential, we must regretfully inform you that any courier fees associated with the exchange process will be the responsibility of the client. This policy enables us to continue providing quality service and affordable products.
