Shipping and Returns

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and size of the item and order, as well as the delivery address and may vary depending on city and outlying areas. 
Estimated lead times are unique to each product and therefore vary depending on the selected item. Most products on Yellow Door are uniquely handmade and not manufactured by machinery and motorised equipment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order. Please contact us at yellowdoorlabel@gmail.com for information on specific queries.

 

 

 R E T U R N S  &  R E F U N D S

 Refunds and returns are welcome as long as it is received by Yellow Door within 7 working days (from the day the customer has received the item). All delivery/collection/courier fees for the return of an item will be for your own account. 

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process and will be refunded by means of EFT. The refund may take approximately 2-3 days after initial payment, to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank. 

If a specific product is out of stock or cannot be supplied due to specific reasons, Yellow Door reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment to the customer. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customised items. As these products are hand-finished, please allow for a marginal size variation. 

 

Clothing Returns

In our ongoing commitment to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase, we're more than happy to facilitate exchanges if the clothing doesn't quite meet your expectations or if sizing is amiss. While we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential, we must regretfully inform you that any courier fees associated with the exchange process will be the responsibility of the client. This policy enables us to continue providing quality service and affordable products. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and as always, our dedicated customer service team is here to assist you with any queries or concerns.

S H I P P I N G  P O L I C Y
Yellow Door is primarily an online third-party retailer. Our courier services are door-to-door services, which means that the shipment is delivered to the address, not the person. i.e. If the person is not available it can be left with anyone at that address e.g. security, staff, reception, etc.
Please note that our courier should not be expected to shift furniture and/or install the product. 
We ship nationally within South Africa.
