Refund policy

R E F U N D S & R E T U R N S

Refunds and returns are welcome as long as it is received by Yellow Door within 7 working days (from the day the customer has received the item).

All delivery/collection/courier fees for the return of an item will be for your own account.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process and will be refunded by means of EFT. The refund may take approximately 2-3 days after initial payment, to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank.

If a specific product is out of stock or cannot be supplied due to specific reasons, Yellow Door reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment to the customer.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customised items. As these products are hand-finished, please allow for a marginal size variation.
